Especially to my avid readers, I just want to let you know that I just recently underwent rebranding! 😊
This is soooo exciting!
I’ve put a lot of thinking into this because “Jalyn Meets World” has been so close to my heart. It was my first official travel blog that I actually published for the world to see. I built it from scratch using WordPress. All sweat and blood. Those sleepless nights just to perfect the layout and style I wanted. But that’s life, right? I had to let go and keep moving forward. So this is me embracing my new normal.
Before this post gets any longer, I just wanted to thank you all first for supporting me and my page and my blog (even if I’ve been on hiatus for months). The truth is, I’ve been thinking of rebranding for quite some time now. Because of the pandemic and also me now being a wife and mom, I‘ve decided to veer towards something a little bit more domestic. Well, maybe not domestic in the traditional sense. We will still travel, for sure, but this time as a family. So the brand “Jalyn Meets World” kind of doesn’t apply anymore because in this new journey that I partake, I know I’ll never be by myself again. Mind you, there’ll be a screaming kid asking for milk or oatmeal and maybe a husband looking for his socks or a bottle of beer (which is probably warm by now) in the background. So yeah, just imagine that whenever I publish new content. 😂
So I want to be the first to welcome you to my rebranded blog:
What to expect?
If life and schedule will allow, I will be publishing contents about my daily grind as a mompreneur and as a homemaker. I will also be sharing some DIY and crafts (if my creative juices will let me), and maybe some of my cooking experiments. LOL! Maybe I can share some household routine videos or family travel vlogs if we get to travel. And as my tagline suggests, I will be sharing some “momspirational” stuff, be it something that you can add to your Pinterest board or something that you can “add to cart” (LOL!).
I would also be sharing some of my thoughts about certain online products that I may have bought or wanted to buy, because I know sometimes some of you just needed another opinion to decide on whether or not you’ll check out those cart items. Lol. I know that feeling when you just want to keep on adding and adding to your online shopping cart only to realize later on that they’re too much (price!) to checkout. Sometimes they’d end up on your wishlist, but for me, most of the time they just get completely deleted from the cart. So yeah, I feel you. Every. Single. Day. And I love online shopping! Raise your hands with me if you’re guilty 🙋🏻♀️ In fact, in the past few weeks, I’ve accumulated a lot of items that I ordered online, and most of it I haven’t even got to utilize yet.
So those are the contents I have planned on writing. Do you have other suggestions? I’d love to hear them! But since this will be my last post in this blog, I’d rather that you direct your comments or suggestions to my new blog page: Mama Bear Stuff
You can also follow me on social media. See ya there! 🙂
